I have also had the drivers temperature set to LO on remote start. It is still set to LO after I press the Start button. If I press red up arrow to raise the temperature, it goes back to my original setting.

My dealer thought it had to do with the comfort settings (auto heT driver's seat and steering wheel on remote start). We turned those off to test but it still happens. Calling the dealer on Tuesday for more info.

I am having the same issue, I live in Canada, South Western Ontario, weather is not that warm. I have my temperature set to 74 when i turn the van off. When I used the remote start, the drivers side changes to LO it one time it was at 60, and passenger was at 64 or remained at 74. Everything is on SYNC Auto. This does not help me in the Canadian winters. When i enter the vehicle and push up on the temp they all change to 75. If i wanted to enter the vehicle to change it, I wouldn't of got the remote start.

I have the Touring L+
Picked up Dec. 30th

I can repreat and prove that the issue happens only with key remote starting, not with Uconnect app remote starting.

Thank you - I used remote start for the first time today on my Limited, using my key fob, and the settings were definitely not what I had on before shutting the car off. As I am in Florida, it definitely would help to be able to preset the a/c to full blast so when I do remote start, it cools the car ahead of me getting to it. Looking forward to the solution.

I have the exact same problem. I bought a Touring L Plus in December. When I use remote start from the key fob, the drivers heat setting is set to low and blows cold air. It does not seem to affect the passengers or rear air settings. When I adjust the drivers setting using the red increase temperature button, it goes to the original setting + 1 degree. For example, if it was originally set to 72 degrees, it'll go from LO to 73 degrees with one push of the button. I have not tried the U-connect app from my phone. Hopefully Chrysler will release a software update that will fix this as it degrades the reason for using remote start. On a second topic, does anyone know if the comfort settings can be set so the heated seats come on under 40 degrees in low? My wife has complained that the high setting are too hot...

If the heated seat is set to automatically come on, it will be set to high. No way to change that, unfortunately. Similarly, when the vented seat comes on automatically, it's set to low. I wish both of these settings were changeable.

You do all realise that when you do a cold start in winter, there is not hot air for the heater until the engine has warmed-up. My ltd is set on AUTO and for the first few minutes, the fan is on low and the air is quite cool. As the engine warms, the fan speed increases. It always reverts to the setting it was on at the previous stop.

Same issue here. Temp went to LO on both sides when I did a remote start today in 40 degree F weather.
