The service bulletin number to have the update completed regarding the concern with the penguins is #08-081-16. It was just released as October 15th, 2016

It's not available online at the moment and that the service dept must apply it supposedly.
That's great news. Thanks for the info.

We had big air bubbles forming under the leather dash cover. I think they just didnt use enough glue. They quickly replaced it and all is well again. We also had our rear view camera stop working and the Chrysler engineers had to get involved. They finally replaced the camera and it works fine again. That was all within the first two weeks of ownership. That was a couple months ago and no further problems for us...

Glad you got your issues sorted Dodgezilla. There was another member with a dash bubble issue and they replaced his as well.

Just picked up a Pacifica Limited a couple days ago and have found a couple issues. The front brake assist, adaptive cruise control, and auto park function doesn't work. Will be taking it in tomorrow, so hopefully it's a quick fix. There is also a slight creaking/rubbing sound inside the car when you turn the steering wheel.

SO far the only thing we've taken it to the dealer for is a roller bearing on the sliding doors. It was "rattling" as it was rolling open. It looked to me like a sealed bearing but they said they lubed it and it's quiet now.
On another note, I think the brakes need to be bled. Initial pedel isn't bad but one pump brings it up noticeably.

That is all.

Has anyone here experienced what seems to be a slight whining sound during acceleration (almost like interference bleed through on the radio) for the first few miles after a cold start? I swear there is something going on, but I'm not 100% sure. After a few miles it goes away.

Kori - Thank you for monitoring our forum. In my experience on other forums, over time it eventually becomes clear that many OEM employees monitor even if they choose to remain quite much of the time or choose to appear on-line as a customer. For any Chrysler engineers, repairmen, customer service reps that are participating in this forum I suppose you are feeling pretty darn proud overall about most of the comments you read here.

I hear a whining noise when first accelerating too, after the van has sit overnight. Sounds like it is related to the transmission. Started doing it at 4k miles. Have 5.5k on it now, seems to be better now (not as noticeable). Or maybe I just was playing the radio to loud for 4k miles.
