Headlight Fender Gap/Alignment.

I am trying to adjust the gap and alignment for the top rear of the headlight where it meets the fender. Does anyone have up close pictures with how it properly aligns? Should he clear of the headlight meet up right to the edge of the fender or does the fender air slight ahead of the clear plastic?
