Anyone seen the Interior Protection Package?

There appears to be a new package to order that is an interior protection package. It consists of the following:

* All Weather Cargo Floor Mats
* All Weather Floor Mats
* Bright Door Sills
* Cargo Area Liner
* Rear Cargo Bin Stow 'N' Go Storage

Anyone seen it and can provide some input? I get the all weather floor mats but not understanding what the other pieces are and where will they be when all the seats are up? The all weather cargo mat.... Is that for when the 3rd row seats are down? Where is it stored or what happens to it or the other mats when you put the third row back up? What is the difference between the cargo mat and the cargo liner? Why the need for them both?

The package seems to cost a lot for some mats at $680 or so.

The package definitely doesn't seem worth it for that price. I would rather go the weather tech mats route, and call it a day. Door sills aren't really anything but aesthetic and they don't mean much. A cargo bin is highly unnecessary.

I bought the all weather mat for the rear cargo hatch, behind the third row. It's very nice, fits the area perfectly and has the Chrysler logo. I also bought the storage bin for the rear cargo area. I use paper bags from the grocery store, and it has 4 sections to hold the bags, so they don't fall over. It works well and I'm pleased with it. I also installed stainless steel door sill guards on the front door sills. They are quality made and have the Pacifica logo.

I haven't seen the protection package you're referring to, but saw the all weather mats Chrysler makes for the second and third row, along with a runner for between the second row seats. I was impressed by the quality and the lips to catch excess water. I want to see what the WeatherTech's look like before making the purchase.

BRLowry, the all weather mat you bought for behind the 3rd row.... Does it stay in place and still allow the 3rd to stow completely or do you have to remove it?

Also I assume the cargo bin fits behind the 3rd row in the deep well. Is that correct?

Yes to both. The mat is a perfect fit, and stays in place with the third row in stow position. The cargo bin I have, fits behind the 3 row, but doesn't fill the whole space. It only fills about 2/3 of the space. It would have been nice if they made one to fit the whole space, or to be able to buy 2 that fill the space completely. It has 4 compartments that fit 4 paper grocery store bags.

They have a rear crgo mat that fits behind the second row seats all the way to the back when the rear seats are stowed? Do you have a part number?

So the package doesn't come with mats for the third row?

The package comes with the Mopar All-Weather Floor Mats, which does include one for the 3rd row. These mats can also be purchased separately, so you don't have to get the entire protection package to get them.

I don't think I would have ordered the package, but mine came with it. Not sure it's worth the cost, as it is expensive, but I do like it. I have always bought the Weathertec custom fitted matts, but I won't bother with these. All 3 rows are very heavy duty rubber, and the rear floor cover is very nice and thick The second and 3rd row matts are fitted with inserts so they all kind of lock together, plus they use the fittings on the floor to lock in place.

Yeah, I do like the Mopar rubber mats. But I wish the driver's seat mat went higher up under the pedals and covered more of the dead pedal. I also wish the 2nd or 3rd row mats wrapped around the outside of the 2nd row seats.
