we've owned our 2018 limited van for less than a week and already stumbled on this issue, the kids can't get out unless we unlock the doors for them. I guess they'll have to learn how to push the lever from lock to unlock like we did as kids.

Hi ddogg777,
We understand the inconvenience this may be causing and we're sorry that you're experiencing this with your brand new vehicle! Have you had a chance to inform your dealer of this? We're happy to assist with this process if you'd like, just send us a private message!

I always lock when door when I drive. So naturally, I love this feature. Don't have to worry about someone walking up and opening my car door at a street light. Carjackers will learn to avoid carjacking Pacificas.

Welcome to the forum. If you put your van info (year, trim, gas/hybrid, etc.) in the signature line of the UserCP it will show up at the bottom of each post.
You can download extensive owner's manuals from the Mopar and UConnect websites.
I think that your kids should be able to push the power door button to open the sliding doors in a limited. (You will have to be in park.) Check to see if the blue light is on in the overhead switches since that will turn off power to the sliding doors. Press the button again to turn off the light. It is easy to accidentally press that center button.
