U connect DVD player not working

I bought my vehicle April of this year. Had issues before with electronics but now DVD player not working at all. I hit the button and it does nothing.i can’t get it into dealership until sept 14 what can I do. I love the vehicle but Chrysler dealerships are awful and didn’t think I would have so many problems with electronics. Please let me know if I can fix it.

I have 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with dvd/blu player with the same problem - player does not work properly. dvd works but no audio. I get the message on the Uconnect screen saying "device not supported". The service dept can not figure out the problem. The manufacturer are not aware of the issue.
