See below from the manual as think what is happening is when you select the seat memory you are also getting the stations which were programmed with that memory.

The Memory Buttons (1) and (2) on the driver’s door panel
can be programmed to recall the driver’s seat, outside
mirrors, and radio station preset settings. Your key fobs can
also be programmed to recall the same positions when the
unlock button is pushed.

Programming The Memory Feature
To create a new memory profile, perform the following:
1. Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the ON/RUN position (do
not start the engine).
2. Adjust all memory profile settings to desired preferences
(i.e., driver’s seat, outside mirrors and radio
station presets).
3. Push and release the set (S) button on the memory
switch.
4. Within five seconds, push and release either of the
memory buttons (1) or (2). The instrument cluster display
will show which memory position has been set.
NOTE:
• Memory profiles can be set without the vehicle in PARK,
but the vehicle must be in PARK to recall a memory
profile.
• To set a memory profile to your key fob, refer to
“Linking And Unlinking The Remote Keyless Entry Key
Fob To Memory” in this section.
Linking And Unlinking The Remote Keyless Entry
Key Fob To Memory
Your key fob can be programmed to recall one of two
pre-programmed memory profiles by pushing the unlock
button on the key fob.

NOTE: Before programming your key fob you must select
the “Personal Settings Linked to Key Fob” feature through
the Uconnect Settings. Refer to “Uconnect Settings” in
“Multimedia” for further information.
To program your key fob, perform the following:
1. Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the OFF position.
2. Select a desired memory profile 1 or 2.
NOTE: If a memory profile has not already been set, refer
to Programming The Memory Feature in this section for
instructions on how to set a memory profile.
3. Once the profile has been recalled, push and release the
set (S) button on the memory switch.
4. Push and release button (1) or (2) accordingly. “Memory
Profile Set” (1 or 2) will display in the instrument
cluster.
5. Push and release the lock button on the key fob within
10 seconds.
NOTE: Your key fob can be unlinked to your memory
settings by pushing the set (S) button, and within 10 seconds,
followed by pushing the unlock button on the key fob.
Memory Position Recall

NOTE: The vehicle speed must be less than or equal to
5 mph (8 km/h) to recall memory positions. If a recall is
attempted when the vehicle speed is greater than 5 mph
(8 km/h), a message will be displayed in the instrument
cluster display.
To recall the memory settings for driver one, push memory
button (1) on the driver’s door or the unlock button on the
key fob linked to memory position 1.
To recall the memory setting for driver two, push memory
button (2) on the driver’s door or the unlock button on the
key fob linked to memory position 2.
A recall can be cancelled by pushing any of the memory
buttons on the driver’s door during a recall (S, 1, or 2).
When a recall is cancelled, the driver’s seat stops moving.
A delay of one second will occur before another recall can
be selected.

So basically, set the radio presets then save to either 1 or 2. If you make changes then save again.

If you read the thread, you'll see that it's working as designed. It really helps to know the product you're supporting--I don't know why Chrysler doesn't provide some training or at least encourage you to critically read the thread. Telling someone that it "may be something beyond the surface" is likely to cause unnecessary consternation.

I appreciate your feedback, RC Mike. Our team, including myself, are not trained technicians. When a customer has a particular concern and we always reach out to let them know if they decide to visit the dealer, we're here to provide an additional layer of assistance. Thank you again for your feedback and have a great week.

Jasmine,

Is there a channel (e.g. an email address or phone number) for us owners to reach a support person with specific training about our cars, either to ask questions or give feedback, besides making an appointment and taking it into the dealer? I'd love to ask/complain about a few pet peeves with the Uconnect system (the lack of a conventional "radio off" button, and the obnoxious and irrelevant weather warning pop-ups that apparently can't be disabled). Thanks.

Hello arteitle,

That is a great idea. Unfortunately, we don't have a resource like this. I know our dealers have an additional technical resource that they are able to consult for additional technical insight. They are called STAR. If you ever end up going into the dealer, let us know. We can help get them involved while you're in service.
