As a senior citizen, this owner also does not look forward to crawling under cars to get dripped on by hot oil from the drain opening and the oil filter, or jacking up cars and rotating tires, but there are better ways to do these jobs.
For oil changes, I use a Topsider oil extractor to pull the oil out through the engine dip stick opening. On first oil change I did indeed pull the drain plug, but only to see if the Topsider got it all. It did. And the oil filter on Pacificas is mounted on the top of the engine, so again no need to get under the vehicle. Purchased Quaker State Full Synthetic Ultimate Durability MS6395 certified oil from Walmart for $20 + tax, and a genuine MOPAR oil filter from Amazon. (Our local Walmart sells some MOPAR filters, but not the MO349 we need).
Have been taking it to Discount Tire for free tire rotations because we still have a vehicle in our garage with tires we purchased from them. When the tires wear out on our Pacifica, and it sounds like they will a bit earlier than planned according to what folks have been posting on this forum and reviews on Tirerack, will definitely go back to Discount Tire for new ones.
I turned down a similar service package offer from our dealer.
