Installed the device that keeps ESS in an off state. No more remembering to push that button.
Welcome to the club! It felt like a little gov't overreach to keep the EPA number up.
I was the first to test the StopStart on my 2017 before released for use to the public about 2 years ago. The 2017 is a easy plug in to the OBD2 port. Seems like the 2018 is a bit more complicated. Still glad to have aftermarket support.
Now consider adding the Pedal Commander and you will have throttle response! 1/4 throttle feels like full throttle!

Oh my! This Limited takes off if I am not careful. I don't need super take off power.
This is because my "winter beater" is a 2004 Caravan with a little 4 banger. Have to step on the gas to get that one going.
2018 Limited gas is already loaded. Ocean blue w/Black-Diesel Interior. Build date Friday the 13th, 4/18. Lifetime Warranty. Lots of extras.
2019 Ford F-150 XLT added to the garage on 3/5/2019.
But now you need to remember to remove the device each time the car goes to the dealership for any issues in order to keep the warranty intact.....
That is not a problem unless the device is what cause something else to fail. There is an "act" out there that prevents dealers from voiding the warranty because you installed a light bulb and a u-joint broke. No relation to each other, no problem.
And since my van has a build date of 4/13/2018, that is Friday the 13th at 9:00 pm, it must be the best one ever built. It should never have to go to the dealer.
