Plus right now they have $1 installation and a Michelin rebate. Might be worth a trip to Costco.

Chrysler recommends rotating the tires every time the oil is changed.
+1 (what Shadow said). It is common for Costco and Discount Tire (and some others) to offer free tire rotations on tires they sell, but a lot of folks don't like to do the labor themselves or pay to rotate the original tires that came from the auto factory. Thing is, if you have a another vehicle at your residence that you put Discount Tire rubber on, you can take your new Pacifica there and they will rotate those tires for free also. They want to keep you as a loyal customer. For the record, I drive by our local Costco on the way to Discount Tire. Our DT will meet and sometimes beat Costco pricing (if you ask and show your Costco card), has free coffee, a nicer waiting area, and decent magazines!

It sounds like you didn’t check those tires in 30k miles.

New tires with only 30K+ miles

Just changed out our tires for Michelin's. OEM tires were very low on thread but wore evenly. Surprised by the poor thread wear. Hoping the Michelin's do better (although I have ready bad reviews on this too). We'll see how it goes.

I have been servicing my vehicles myself for the past 5 years. Since I didn't get any service package with my Pacifica I'm servicing it myself too. I will admit that I never even thought to rotate the tires. Definitely will be doing this every oil change on all of my vehicles from now on.

FWIW I got 4 Nitto Crosstek 2 tires installed with new TPMS, alignment and lifetime balancing from Merchants all for $685. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

I am having the same problem with my 2018 Pacifica Limited. Uneven tire wear and rotation noise. More noticeable above 55. I travel for work so I'm in the vehicle for long stretches alone. I was also told it was lack of tire rotation. I get rotation with every oil change. I had it at the dealership 5 times. I bought new tires at 16k miles and I've got less than 1k on these tires and I'm already noticing the sound coming back. Of course they say they can't hear it. They've balanced, alignment and checked cambers. They say it's all with spec. I kept the old tires. If this happens to the new set I'm ready to contact Chrysler with all the information I've compiled and the life safety issue with these tires troubles. I love the vehicle. Very disappointed in how this is going.

I just purchased a 2019 Limited and now have just over 2,000 miles on it. The OEM tires on this vehicle are Bridgestone TURANZA EL440 - SIZE: 235/60R18. They have a tread wear rating of 480, which tells me that at between 35000 and 45000 I can expect to replace tires after doing the normal rotation, etc. When I do, I will buy Continental CROSSCONTACT LX20 WITH ECOPLUS TECHNOLOGY - SIZE: 235/60R18, or something very similar that Continental has at that time. It has a tread wear rating of 680 (the higher this number, the better tread life). I have a second set of these on my Dodge Durango and got close to 70,000 miles on them before replacing with an identical set that now has 30,000 miles on them and 7/32 tread left. I got less than 30,000 on crappy OEM Michelins with the Durango. (I have 133,000 miles on my 2011 Durango). I use tire rack to research and buy tires. Sometimes they offer free shipping.
