June 2018 -- R1234YF refrigerant low -- replaced Schrader valve and recharged
Sept 2018 -- R1234YF refrigerant low again -- introduced dye in system, could not identify source of the leak; recharged again
May 2019 -- A/C intermittently stopping again -- different dealer "could not replicate issue" <-- arrgh
July 2019 -- A/C intermittent operation gets worse -- failed completely. Dealer finally finds the cause -- a very slow leak at the lower part of the condenser -- now visible due to the dye introduced 10 months earlier.

This issue appears to have come from the factory.

I will say that contacting Chrysler Cares (the most recent dealer visit) did assign a case specialist who was very responsive and helpful.
It's possible yours could be doing the same as this one leaking out the rear system enclosure if this did not fix it.

Just bought a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid last weekend and already decidedly NOT happy with several major issues including the AC periodically deciding to blow hot hair at my family and I in 115 degree weather for up to 10 minutes before finally restarting the car enough times for it to magically decide to cooperate and blow some AC (which much of the time is quite weak even when cooling).
Additionally the other morning not only would the AC not come on but while there was 17% battery charge and van was in electric mode the speed was very limited even when putting petal to the floor the car would not rise above 43 miles per hour. On the dash a message read " battery conditioning, leave ignition in run". What?! What good is that supposed to do??
Today (day 6 of owning the vehicle) check engine light is on. Current total miles on vehicle 210.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your problems. Maybe a hybrid owner will answer your questions later.
I don't have a hybrid, but I've put a link to a thread about battery conditioning and the AC. See post 4 for a page from the owner's manual in the thread.

If you want more extensive owner's manuals, you can download them from the Mopar website. It seems like there is a lot to learn with the new Pacificas.
