Fiance was pissed off enough that we traded the van in. It can be someone else's problem now. Between the occasional clunky shifts and the recurring error code and the dealer being incompetent, she was fed up.

The least you can do is put in a bad review online for the dealer...

So our light went off...then came back on, then off....and for now stayed off. We are assuming bad gas as it happened at the start of a tank and hasn't come back after emptying that tank and refilling.

Will keep updating

Signed up for this website just to reply here as we are experiencing the same problem (code and dealer unable to fix), but my problem began at 29k miles.

Round 1 warranty repair involved replacing the exhaust camshaft and sensor.
Round 2 involved an oil change and a fair amount of skepticism from Chrysler that somehow it was my fault (I do my own oil changes).

Awaiting round 3, but leaning towards the option of trading it in and this being my first (and last) Chrysler by applying the 3-strike rule.

The oil and filter song and dance was also the part that bugged me in particular. I always changed my own oil exactly on schedule and always with the correct weight full synthetic oil and a new filter of a reputable brand - Wix, or at least something better than Fram. I told the service writer that it sounded like they were doing the oil change as diagnostic work and if the light came back would we be reimbursed for the diagnostic work. Nope.
