The dealer performed several flashes on 24 Jul 17. One was an attempt to fix the temperature problem. The dealer invoice did not give the TSB for this particular flash. My vin is: ....HR684954. They performed the recall updates yesterday. They said they found no problem related to temperature, but the problem is still there.
Just an FYI, when communicating with ChryslerCares, they advise that you do it through PM (private message), which you can access at the top of this page. Click on that, compose your message with the pertinent info, VIN, your concern/ complaint etc. They can start a file on your complaint, get in touch directly with the dealership, (which is definitely a plus for us) and correspond directly to you. I've not had the need to have to go this route, but I've witnessed their helpfulness on this site, and we're fortunate to have them working on our behalf.
As an added note, the reason for the PM (at least I would think) is that there are so many different threads on this site, that a post could easily be overlooked by ChryslerCares concerning your particular issue.
