Uconnect Sirius radio - "No sevice, contact dealer" display
2018 Pacifica two weeks old less than 500 miles and suddenly the Sirius satellite radio quits working and I get "No signal, contact dealer" message. Same time the navigation GPS loses its mind and has no idea where I am. Take to the Chrysler dealer service and they say that the Uconnect software needs to be updated and there is no update available now and I need to wait for FCA Uconnect to send and on the air update when they come up with a solution. When I go to the Uconnect site and check for an update with my VIN it states I have the latest software available. The dealer service states they can not do anything till I get an software update so I am stuck with a new vehicle that I can't use the satellite radio of the navigation.
