Amber lights in side mirrors on constantly

We have a 2017 Pacifica with the monitoring system in which a sound occurs when you signal to change lanes and another vehicle is in the blind spot. The rearview side mirrors also show an amber light when this happens. For some reason, the amber lights are on constantly now and the audible signal does not sound. Can somebody tell us how to fix this problem? Thank you.

If there isn't anything covering the sensors up (snow / slush) you're likely going to need to have a dealer diagnose.
