Lane sense unavailable service required
I have a 2018 Pacifica limited that has been in the service shop 2 times for this problem. Intermittently at stops I will get the message “lane sense unavailable service required” then “fcw unavailable”. The van shuts down and I have to restart. at restart, the lansense defaults to off. The dealer has told me they have to duplicate this since no error codes are showing up. They have had it for 2 weeks and can’t duplicate it. I did have a video showing when it happened to me. Any suggestions on how to expedite this? I have seen other threads with this problem, but it seems like some dealers try to fix problem without duplicating it?
