Touch Screen Not Responding, Can't Update
I searched a few different threads but didn't find my exact issue.
I have a 17 with 37K miles on it and the screen won't respond to any touch. I called UConnect support and was told to do a soft reset and update. I can't update because I can't confirm the update on the screen. The support person ensured me I didn't need to touch the screen to update, he was wrong.
All others functions work and the screen responds. I can do voice commands, change volume and stations on the wheel, use the knobs below for volume, screen off, tuning the station.
I pulled the fuse, disconnected the battery for a bit....still no luck.
