We had tie end rods and a few other parts related to those as well as struts replaced at about 30,000...now they are saying we need strut mounts...at 45,000. Google says struts should always be replaced in pairs and strut mounts replaced when struts are done. Thankfully we have the extended warranty, but we have to pay the deductible..if they had fixed everything the first time, we wouldn't have to be dealing with this again..or pay the deductible. If my calculations are right, just over suspension, they have had our van three weeks total...kind of ridiculous.

Isn't your warranty good for 60/60,000?

If not in warranty, take it to a front end shop. Or any independent mechanic that does suspension work. Everything is less money than a dealership at an indy shop.
My Sienna needed struts. Toyota? 1200 bucks.
Indy shop? $800. Included alignment.

They have had our vehicle now for 6 days ..still not fixed and no word when it will be. There is a tsb regarding struts and strut mounts. Called Chrysler and they said if it's past the initial 36,000 mile warranty , not their problem, they only go by recalls. Yes, I have the extended warranty, but I don't feel that I should have to pay the deductible or have to keep coming back to the dealer for strut related issues...
