Water in rear trunk of 2019 pac hybrid

Opened the trunk to put some luggage away and found about half an inch of water on the weather tech for mat. Then I found the whole year carpet was soaked, I vacuumed the water out but after a few hours it has another quote inch in the corner and the roof is soaked. Guessing a plugged reason channel somewhere but very annoying. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue

Welcome to the forum. If you put your van info (year, trim, gas/hybrid, etc.) in the signature line of the UserCP (red letters in upper right corner of webpage), it will show up at the bottom of every post.
This is the first time I've read about that problem. It's good that you have an appointment with the dealer since they should correct the problem under warranty.

Sounds like a clogged or disconnected sunroof drain tube

Wasted trip and the 'water guy' won't be back for 2 days. Really disappointing build quality and dealer service experience

Our 2019 Pacifica Hybrid also got a similar issue, water in the trunk. Not sure for how long the water was in there because the back seats was folded down. When we found out earlier this month, there was already rust on the back of the back seat.

Took into the dealership to have it fix, and it took 2 weeks to get the car back. Very disappointed with the service.
