Took my van into the dealer I am very skeptical. They weren't aware of the bulletin. Acted like nothing was wrong with it. Even the customer invoice made no mention of the update, though they verbally stated it was done. Had my van for an hour and could not duplicate the issue....like always. Hope this update fixes the issue.

I would be skeptical too bc that is how the service dept gets reimbursed from corporate. I don't trust verbals!!
