2019 Pacifica Touring + Radio Volume Spiked other issues

I was completing the end of about a 3 hour drive, when all of a sudden my radio spiked to max volume, sounded like it was about to blow the speakers. I immediatley turned off the radio, and spent the next 3-5 mins thinking WTF.

Then I came up to the next turn, and the Navigation told me to turn left. Only the Navigation instructions was at Max volume, doing the same thing almost blowing the speakers and my ears.

This is on top of the fact that if I get out of my car after listening to lets say the XM radio NFL channel, everytime I get back in the car it defaults to channel 88.1 on FM.

And the fact that the left side camera on my birds eye view, 60% of the time is blacked out as if it's not working.

Starting to think I have some electrical issues popping up (Apologies for any bad grammar or punctuation)

You definitely have a glitch in the computer system. See your dealer. Be very specific, and if possible have photos of any messages that appear on your screen. Perhaps @ChryslerCares can help by connecting your dealer with the resources they may need.

Hi kayfab3,
We can imagine why this may be frustrating. Have you had a chance to visit you dealer for an inspection? Please send us a private message as we'd like to have this looked into further to try and get these concerns addressed.

I had the same intermittent left-side camera trouble you're describing, but a recent firmware update installed by the dealer fixed it.

I haven't been back to the dealer, since the last time I went for a recall, my car now has a thump in the front end when I back up. (Didn't have it before I went in) So......... now I have to make time to take it back again. Hopefully they can fix everything fairly quick.

I had the same problem with my 2018 Pacifica limited. In my case, the car had only been on a few minutes and I was setting a radio preset, when bam max volume. I tried resetting the infotainment settings through the settings control panel, restarting the car, nothing helped. It was basically at max volume, though I could make adjustments with the volume knob the sound was completely blown out. Turned the car off resigned that I'd have to take it to the shop. Turned it back on a few days later and the volume was back to normal. Will continue monitoring.
