I own a 2017 Pacifica limited, and just recently I noticed paint blisters on the lip of the hood. I took my car to the dealer and took some photos, that was two weeks ago and have not hear back from them. It is crazy to have a new car with this type of issues. I'm concern that more blisters will appear and spread across the entire van.
I need help.
That problem has been well covered here before. There was a certain date frame where a production defect caused the hood lip bubbles you've noticed. Chrysler has taken care of the issue by repainting the hood. They should do yours, and your dealer should know this. Contact

Do you have access to another dealer? When combined with your battery story in another thread, I think maybe your dealer is defective, and needs to be replaced.
And, rest assured, the blisters will not spread to the rest of the van!
