2nd visit to the shop in 2 months

Bought my 2017 Pacifica Touring L plus 3 months ago. I have been to the shop for the AM/FM radio not working...antenna had not even been connected during installation! Took it back in 2 weeks ago for a check engine light and a.c. blowing hot air.
Wires were broken at some point in regards to check engine light. Those have been fixed we were told.

We were notified today my NEW VAN was ready and fixed. We drove to pick it up and got in, STILL BLOWING HOT AIR!!! It doesn't even have the new car smell anymore. This is ridiculous in my opinion!!! I asked what was wrong with air before we got in the van, service person said it was wiring as well....I guess not.

That is so sad and frustrating. Why don't you call Chrysler corporate and report the problem?

Hi Yrnotthwnr65,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Is your dealership still working on the Pacifica regarding the hot air still blowing?

We also had busted/corroded wiring after about eight months. Nothing in the rear of the car was working. You should expect there to be many, many more problems.
