Notification but no recall on Mopar site

I woke up this morning to find a recall notification from My Mopar on my phone, so I logged into the Mopar site to see what was new. It says there are no recalls for my VIN. Should I be following up with the listed phone number or my dealership?

A few other 2017 owners on the Pacifica Facebook group are reporting the same thing.

Got the same notification, but no recall listed. 2017 March build on loaded limited

Hi folks--did the notification you received have the recall number? Was it T54 for the seatbelt?

What recall number was provided in your notification? The one I listed above in not for the Hybrid.

I don't recall the notification on the app being specific, but rather just a generic "recall is available."

Yes, it was just a generic "Your vehicle has recall information available." message.

I tried logging back in to the Mopar site to get the language that it has about my vehicle, but can't. It just says "Signing in..." for as long as I leave the page up.

Thank you both for replying, I'm going to send this on to the app team as a heads up--recalls.mopar.com is updated with any pertinent recall information that applies to your vehicles.

Mine was a generic notification on iOS 11. I too am unable to login to the app. I'll try on my desktop later today.
