Engine noise and harsh driving after U73 safety recall fix on 18 pacifica hybrid

Hi All

Had the U73 safety recall fix done last week and since then- i have noticed the below issues:
1. When running on ICE- engine noise is way too much and van driving is really harsh. Seems like the can is driving in lower gears. At speed of 40mph- engine feels like in gear 2 and thus struggling and whining.

2. In electric mode- even very minor acceleration is taking way too much battery and thus it goes over to hybrid mode, even though battery is 100% charged.

Has anyone noticed similar issues?

Regards,
Vipin

I had the U73 recall completed on our 2018 Hybrid in August with no noticeable changes. I just received a new recall notice via email. It appears to be a recall of the U73. The service adviser confirmed this. She indicated repair would involve removing exhaust and replacing the Oxygen sensors. They advised not to drive it on long trips. We’ll see how it goes......

Update: Now I was informed if no “check engine” light warning has occurred, all they require is to inspect something on the van. Not sure what that is? Van is still working perfectly.
