Charging Faults on Level 2 and Slow on Level 1, sometimes

2018 Pacifica, 2 months old.

I already own a LEAF so we have a Level 2 charger installed at our house. Works great. Works great on the Pacifica. No issues.

There's a Level 2 charger at my office (EV Connect) that worked a couple days, but now always throws a charge fault. The kind where I see the blue lights (first and last) blinking before I even try to activate the charging station. Other Level 2 chargers by other companies have always worked fine. I'd really like to be able to charge at work!

There's also a 110 outlet (at home) that I frequently use for the Pacifica. It predicts 14 hours to charge fully, but then takes ~24 hrs. Is that just my shitty outlet with less current than expected? I've never tried the LEAF on this outlet so it could definitely be the outlet, not the car.
