inverter module replacement

Anyone had an inverter module go bad?

Our three month old 2019 PHEV has been at the dealer since April 4 with an ETA for repair on May 1. This leaves us without a car for a month. I wonder if a lot of people have had these problems so there is a shortage on parts?

Also, I've been promised a case manager call for the last 5 days to get a rental approved. Especially since we're going on vacation for spring break soon. I've heard nothing despite calling myself every day. Have folks had better luck with responses on this forum? Any other suggestions?

Do both. Call every day or 2x a day and post here @ChryslerCares

If they have it that long you might be looking at a buy-back or replacement under state lemon laws. In addition to a rental others have had payments made for them or even free extended warranties for the trouble.

I am also in the same boat. I bought a 2019 limited last Wednesday it was in the shop by Saturday and they are saying it may need a new hybrid battery. Dealer says might be a month or more. Bought the car with 41 miles on it. I made it to 98 before it died.
