POTTOBON It fits great.

I put some rubber below it and around it so it would not rattle.

Grinnell It is 21 inches in diameter deflated.

CUDA69 If you get a set of snow tires mounted on extra wheels, you can throw one in the back for longer trips. TireRack.com sells tire covers too. Then you would have a real spare with no speed or mileage limit. This would save the time and hassle of finding a new tire and getting it mounted while on your trip.

We have the 20" wheels and as the YouTube video indicates it works fine to get somewhere to repair/replace the failed tire.

The collapsible spare tire works as a temporary replacement for any of the factory wheel/tire combinations. Note that these spares should only be used to get you to a place where the original tire can be repaired or replaced. FCA recommends a maximum speed of 50 mph with the temporary spare tire installed.

A pretty good youtube video describing these kinds of spares is here:

I believe that all three of wheel options for the Pacifica (17, 18, and 20) all have pretty much the exact same outside wheel diameter. The bigger ones just have less sidewall.
