    Hi Chrysler Care ,

    If I am not wrong since Oct 2017 WiFi hotspot is not working in 2018 Chrysler pacifica. So what you guys are doing to fix this issue? is there any chance to get fixed or not ? could you please give me some tentative time to get fixed ?

    Hello Andrea,
    As you requested I brought the van to a dealer to check for the frequent "Gas and Oil Refresh" events. Please help this problem to gain some traction because multiple people experience it. My VIN is JR140385

    We bought a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid 2 weeks ago. My wife wanted a minivan as we have 3 grandkids in carseats.
    She reported a weird braking issue that has now happened twice, where the car goes 5 or 6 feet after hitting the brakes. I have emailed the service department twice, without getting a response. I did call the service manager who said he never heard about this problem and said I should bring the car ion. In the meantime I found a thread on this forum with multiple complaints about the same issue. I had my wife park the car and not use it anymore until I hear back from the dealership on how to handle this. I dont want her driving to the dealership and possibly get in an accident.

    Hello,

    We made an appointment for the hybrid recall after receiving a phone call from a Chrysler representative. The appointment was made more than a month in advance as this was "the earliest available appointment". My wife took it in for the appointment this morning at CROWN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM IN VENTURA, CA and was treated as if there were no appointments. The service department also didn't seem to know what needed to be done. They were also unsure how long it would take and gave my wife a Dodge Dart rental car. A Dodge Dart does not replace a minivan. As a MaxCare customer, I guess we were expecting better service.

    Could you look into the situation and at least make sure they are doing the recall correctly? VIN number is 2C4RC1N70HR772106.

    I have a 2017 Pacifica that is having the Uconnect reboot issues constantly. We have had it in service multiple times. Right now they told us they are waiting for a back ordered part (they did not specify the part). Is there anything else we can do.

    Good morning. I do not know if they opened a Star case. I am supposed to bring my van back to the same dealership Tuesday for a Chrysler Rep to come and take a look at it. Although I did this same thing a couple weeks ago. The rep said it's operating as it should. It doesn't matter how long it stays on high, it reaches a temp and kicks down to low and he said that is normal. According to the owners manual, it is not normal. I should get more than 2-25 of high heated seats. Anyway, my VIN is 2C4RC1EG4HR591994. It's scheduled to go to Jim Hayes in Harrisburg, IL on Tuesday 11/14

    Hi,

    The 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid (of which I own one; VIN 2C4RC1N74JR124743) is not currently listed on the IRS website as being eligible for the $7500 federal tax credit per the following link: https://www.irs.gov/businesses/30d-new-qualified-plug-in-electric-drive-motor-vehicles-fca-fiat-chrysler-automobiles-north-america-holdings-llc. Can you please advise when it will be? I, like every other buyer of this vehicle, purchased it on the basis that the federal tax credit would be available, and it is concerning that as of today November 3, 2017, it is not listed.

    Almost a week has passed when you said the car has been released, I checked this morning again with dealer and there is still no change in Status. Could you please check it out for me? Thanks.

    Display screen freezes constantly and unfreezes occasionally; Dealer performed software upgrade oct 19, did not fix problem. See my post for more info.
    Have no confidence dealer can fix problem, nor that screen will be reliable and rock solid as it should be. Truthfully, regret purchase.

    I finally got my van(vin#2C4RC1N72HR679751) ON 8/20/17.
    I was promised a 240 watt charger for the 8 month wait.
    As of today, no charger & the FCI #(866-219-0756) is no longer functional.
    Please, can you help?

    I called my dealership today to get my pacifica in to fix the UConnect that died because of the update. They say they haven't seen the software yet. I've been 3 weeks without it, I'm about to have to take a super long drive to go have surgery. I need this fixed now. I have to admit that this is affecting my desire to ever buy another Chrysler product. It's been one brush off after another and many weeks of no answers to a problem that was created by YOU.

    In regards to the instrument cluster issue:
    Our VIN is 2C4RC1GG2HR543777

    Another issue has surfaced, the compass was 180 degrees off for a 2 hour trip from KC to home. Several times I turned the vehicle off, then restarted it. All of this had no effect. The next morning it was fine, but later in the day it started the slow update again. If the vehicle is started and the functions are working as designed it does not fail during that ignition cycle. If it is not working as designed at startup, it does not remedy itself by driving. We are almost out of warranty and the dealer has been notified of this. They had no immediate solution as it is difficult to recreate. My computer experience would lead me to believe that the sensors (speed, temp, direction) are fine, it is something else. Is any of this related to the 8NAV radio? That has been an ongoing issue with this vehicle!

    We did the update in our Pacifica and now the touch screen stays on a screen with Chrysler logo. Backup camera works but no radio, handsfree calling ability, etc.
