    How do I ever get a contact number for Chrysler Corp..??? There are serious customer service issues with the Resolution Department with NO accountability. Please have a senior Chrysler Corp representative read case # 31690263. They will be shocked and then have them reach out for me. I have started media inquiries.

    Hi
    I was hoping that you might know if some sort of spec sheet exists that I can turn into my electric company who is holding up my application for a solar array because I have not shown enough daily demand for the level of equipment I am requesting. I factored in the need to recharge each night but did not have anything offical to go on. If that is somewhere on the web point me to it and thats all I need.

    I was asked to pM you my VIN# so I'd get accurate informtion.
    Last 8 are HR822 262. I Was told today it moved to "I" status and would be shipped to the dealer soon (usually in 1-3 days)

    Our Chrysler Pacifica 2017 purchased just last week has failed to start two times now. It tries to start, then it cuts off and ALL power is dead. It is currently sitting at Frank Boucher Chrysler in Janesville, WI. The VIN is 2C4RC1EG1HR628290.

    Can you help me reset my Key Sensor PIN? I purchased a 2017 Pacifica used. I currently have 15k miles and have experienced a Check Engine light from a faulty fuel rail sensor. I am bringing the car in for service on 7/17/2017 and would like the PIN reset as I do not know the code that was set by the previous owner. The service rep does not know how to do this. My vin number is 2c4rc1bg9hr505650. The dealer is Dutchess Chrysler/Jeep at 2285 South Road Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. The Service Advisor is Kevin Layton. 845-462-7700

    Vehicle VIN is 2CR-RC1EG0HR-559995. 2017 Pacifica Touring Plus that shutoff twice on 6/19 and again on 7/4. two of the three times I was in motion (20 MPH and 50 MPH). I see this is not an isolated issue with these vans and the Hybrid model has already had a recall. I am leery at taking the van back to Chrysler Service as they say there is no problem since it did not happen to them while driving. My NHTSA ODI # is 10995833. These vans are an accident waiting to happen. Anyone on the road should have concern.

    I missed a call two days ago from 1.248.553.8355 and based on my research, this is one of the numbers calling people who have placed an order. I called ChryslerCares directly and they were not able to advise me as to why I was being called.

    My VIN is 2C4RC1GG2HR544685. My Pacifica has been back to the dealership 5 times for the UConnect system crashing. Can you let me know how to proceed? I was given a case manager at Chrysler, however his only solution was to leave my vehicle at the dealership for and indefinite amount of time so the guys at the dealership could work with the engineers at Chrysler and try to fix my car. I do not have an indefinite amount of time to be without a vehicle.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What is going on with this hold? If it is a safety issue and you aren't informing your customers there is a liable issue.

    Hi Kori,

    I would like to receive a call from Chrysler regarding the EV charger offer. I must have missed the call but I ordered back in Dec and just received my van this last weekend.
