Are these tires relatively new? I don’t see many reviews or ratings on tire rack or Costco, but the few reviews that exist are good. We have 17” Yokohama OE tires on our 2021 hybrid. Looking for an all season that is better on snow / ice and wondered if you’ve tried the weatherpeaks.

I brought by van in for oil change and tire rotation but dealer said they wouldn't rotate the tires because not enough thread and all four tires needed to be replaced. Somewhat surprising to me since it has 37k on it. What tires should I replace them with that would give similar performance but...
