I'm in b.c. I went with 18 and michelin snow suv winters, I'm happy with them so far
BPraim, What's the make/model of those steel rims in the pic above? I'm looking for a cheap tire/wheel combo to use as a spare to have onboard for a long road trip. Doesn't need to be pretty. Just an insurance plan for when sh** happens in the middle of nowhere

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately it's showing as unavailable. And I'm not sure if they'd ship to this side of the border anyhow. But now at least I've got a product and specs to reference while searching US vendors.
Yeah, I'm sure you can find them easy your side of the border. They worked great for winter rims. Happy trails !

Thanks, ended up buying the Replika R148B wheels with Michelin X-Ice Snow 235/60/R18 tires. Thanks for everyone's kind help!!!
HI Globalstar66, I just bought a new 2022 Pacifica Pinnacle AWD and i'm getting the run around from everyone as to what will work for winter wheels. It sounds like the steel wheel won't be an option because the calipers are too big (which I believe is a unique problem to the pinnacle trim), so i'm considering the REPLIKA R148B (https://www.1010tires.com/Wheels/Replika/R148B/R148B-1880-73FN-34C715), which i think you also got.

If so please confirm
  • whether they worked for you
  • whether you noticed a big difference with the oem rims and these when you switched back and forth.

Thank you for any advice you may be able to offer.
