Just noticed another issue on our week old CPO Limited.:surprise:

The passenger side door is not flush and has about a 1/4 gap for the first 2 feet or so and then it becomes flush.

Did anyone else have such a problem? Did the dealer resolve it to your satisfaction?

Pic attached.

bhavinjo,

As you know, we'd be glad to get a case set up if you're thinking you'd like to work with the dealer to get this addressed. We're available via direct message and will need your VIN to get started.

Okay I have the same issue on my Pacifica. One side sits flush on the passenger side both the front passenger door and sliding doors are not flush. @ChryslerCares can this still be fixed outside of warranty 2017MY @70k miles second owner.

In most cases this would occur and out of pocket expense. We recommending following up with your local dealer to be certain.
