Ok, they have pushed out the Disable Travel Link fix.

"Your vehicle needs to be running, in an open area where it can receive a solid satellite signal. ^KB"

This worked for me, left the car running for about 10 minutes and then checked on it and all working. Some people seem to still be reporting USB not working by mine works and so does Android Auto.

I'm glad to hear this, 2DirtyKids. I saw your other public post about the USB and wanted to let you know after turning the vehicle on/off, the USB port should work. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Uconnect and SiriusXM have implemented a solution to address systems that were repeatedly rebooting. The systems involved should be functioning normally after receiving the satellite signal and an ignition cycle (start / key-off / start) Additionally, we are beginning to turn Travel Link services back on. We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused. If anyone has any additional inquiries, don't hesitate to reach out.

Thanks for the update! I noticed it when I started getting weather alerts.
Is there a way to deactivate the alerts? It's a little bothersome

Not sure if I am just scrutinizing uConnect performance more now after the issues, but it seems things are a little slower moving between menus while using navigation and having my Android Auto running.

I haven't heard of this yet, 2DirtyKids. However, I've noted your feedback and will keep an eye out for similar concerns. As far as the excessive weather alerts, software level 16.11 was released to address this. Be sure to check https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update for software updates or visit your local dealer to do this, if you haven't already.

What? Is this a software update for the UConnect system that is different from the recent over-the-air update for 2018 models? It is an update to the UConnect system that you are referring to, is that correct @ChryslerCares?

No, AZBean. The 16.11 is a software update that can be manually installed using the Driveuconnect website or by the dealer. It is different than the over the air update you're referring to.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid - Uconnect display rebooting

Hi All,
I got new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid 2018 Limited in July 2018 and with in a month i am facing issues, recently i got Malfunction light on my Dash and Dealer said Some software update released on July 3rd 2018 has issues and damaged 2 parts of my car some P420 and P430 codes from diagnosis.

Today i got my vehicle now i am facing Uconnected display stuff off and unresponsive for 5-10 min, then it automatically turns on. It behaves similar way multiple times. I am going to go to dealer today and see if they can find/fix anything. I am really not at all satisfied with this purchase now.

Kindly please suggest if anyone faced and got it fixed without any further issues.?

I am getting the same issue with my new Chrysler Pacifica 2018 Hybrid which i purchased July 2018. Did anyone found the root cause and fix?

I'd take that straight back to the dealer. They can check for updates, or replace it.

I had this for the first time a few days ago (total restart of Uconnect) but the entire time I've owned my van (since Aug 2018, had 4,000 miles on it when I bought it) I've had random issues with totally blank screen, sometimes missing all of the bottom menu buttons and the top strip that shows time, temp, etc. (So I cannot pull up any other menu than what's already showing unless it's blank, of course.) It always comes back eventually but sometimes I cannot do anything other than restart it to get them back. I usually have a movie in for the kids and it always starts the movie showing in the back (sometimes one of the screens is blank but no idea why and I cannot get it to come up without restarting the car) and it has always randomly started movie sound over the speakers or not - no idea how it decides what to do there, seems to be different every time I start the car. (Maybe 70% of the time it starts playing the movie sound on start-up, 30% of the time I have to fiddle with the controls to "Listen In." Doesn't seem to have anything to do with what it was set to when it was turned off.)

Hoping this stuff gets better as my car has no warranty (was repaired after an accident) and one of the main reasons I bought it was for the cool Uconnect features! I'm glad that in this day and age there are at least hopes for software updates! (I assumed the total restart earlier this week was due to the fact that I'd called to get in on the 50% Uconnect sale on 5/31 and I was told I could not sign up until they contacted the prior owner of the vehicle and asked his permission!!! WHAT? Even though they knew who I was, that the car was registered to me, etc.)

It sounds like it needs to go back to the dealer. There are posts here that say that there is some computer resetting of battery sensors needed when the main battery is replaced.

This is just began happening to me after the recent cold weather here in Missouri. Any fix for this? Tried removing and reinstalling fuse. Display reboots every 30sec.
Same here. In Missouri and this began last week after the extreme cold temps. Took to dealer today who reset the system and tried an update without success. Now they want me to spend $1000 plus tax for a whole new radio. Not sure what to do.
