At 63000 miles my Pacifica is needing a head gasket replacement that was leaking coolant into the combustion chamber. I am concerned that even after the fix, the long term problems that might continue. Seems an unusual problem at such low millage. I have been reading about similar issues on this forum. Total cost for repairs is over $4000. Outside of the warranty Chrysler is offering no support. Has anyone garnered any support from Chrysler regarding similar problems? So disappointed in this brand. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks M0Par, I did report it to NHTSA. Yes, very concerning. Worried about addition long term costs. Not really sure about the best current course of action to take.

It's my turn with the head gasket issue. Anyone get satisfactory response from Chrysler yet? Or is this headed to a class action lawsuit?
My vehicle was under warranty. My dealings with them was partially satisfactory because at the end of the ordeal I ended up with a new engine and all rental car expenses reimbursed, about 6 weeks work of rentals. I never received any documentation from Chrysler on cause of issue. Since my vehicle is under warranty to Jan 2025 or 100k miles, I am holding on to it but if there is no good prevention method for this issue, I am going to ditch once warranty ends.
