Hi, just got a new 2018 limited edition pacifica in December. I had an old iPhone which I updated over the weekend. Carplay did not work with my old phone but when my brother plugged in his iphone 8 carplay started up immediately. So I assumed that it was my old phone. Today I plugged in the new phone and no carplay. I read the previous post about this and it seems that no one knows how to fix this including the dealers. I am going to the dealer tomorrow to see if they can fix this but am trying this forum in the meantime. I have tried the cable that worked for my brother as well as the cable that came with the phone. It doesn't work. I have paired and unpaired the phone. I tried different USB ports. What can be done to make this work?
