My 2018 Pacifica has the Uconnect screens in the back but they are black/not working. I cannot click on the Uconnect theater app, it won’t turn anything on. The front screen does work but the dvd/cd player won’t work or play anything. This has been happening off and on for the past few months but hasn’t worked the past week. I don’t really want to pull a fuse every few days to fix this issue. Is there anything else I can do?

We're very sorry that you are experiencing this. I found TSB 08-007-18 REV. A which may help your concern. This TSB was published on 7/17/18 and described similar symptoms to which you have listed. We suggest speak with your dealer to learn more about this TSB and to determine if it applies to your vehicle. Hello I am having a problem with a dvd screen not working on my 2018 Pacifica hybrid it’s black. No logo. Nothing.
