I can relate. My 2018 purchased new in May 2019 has been in the shop 28 consecutive days. 2 more and it qualifies as a lemon. I'm probably going to end up with a Tesla. My vehicle just won't start. They've ordered a new hybrid battery that keeps getting delayed, but I'm not convinced they know the root cause. Unbelievable.
When did they tell you that you will get the battery?

mine has been in the shop for 30 days and I'm still waiting.

They said it may ship next week but I have heard that before.

Hi @heathramos,

We're terribly sorry to hear of this part delay that you've been experiencing. Please send our team a private message with your VIN, mileage, and dealer so that we can investigate this further.

My wife drives 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited and a Catalytic converted replaced at 4,800 miles (around 7 months of ownership). The van stalled with burning and smoke in the cabin. I open the hood and found the cat converter red hot. We were lucky that it had happened on a local road, but we were 200 miles away visiting a close relative. I called the Chrysler for tow truck and took over 2 hrs. The van was in the shop for 5 days and had to drive back and forth on a rental. argg! This is very first FCA vehicle and I think I'm forever soured on FCA products going forward.

Except for this unfortunate incident, I can't say enough about how great and satisfied this van has been. I just love the hybrid tech on this van. I just fill the gas tank for my wife today after more than month from last time we were at a gas station. The avg mileage was 52miles/gal, which is phenomenal. The PacHy Limited trim comes with all the latest auto technology you can think of. BUT, I just CANNOT get over the fact that a major component failed in the first year of ownership on a $50k vehicle.

I suggest you "get over it". I did and am thrilled with the van as much as you are. I'm proud of my fellow Canadians for making such a great vehicle (with the help of my fellow Americans of course).

I might "get over it" if/when I ever get my van back from the dealer.

37 days and counting.

Chrysler just called and said still no batteries in stock and maybe I will get one in another couple of weeks but the vendor didn't give any info besides they don't have any.
