I'm looking to purchase a new Pacifica PHEV, we really liked the car and have seen some really good reviews of it, but in digging we found a few items I would ask for your thoughts on?
-extended warranty: Ziegler is offering $2,900 for the 8y/125K, the dealer wants $4,600... Is Ziegler legit?
-infotainment screen: Is anyone having problems and is this fully covered with the warranty?
-2nd Row main battery: We've read about the van catching fire due to corrosion, has Chrysler found a fix, how much of a risk is this. It sounds like a low risk, but one article said 'avoid putting wet things, like umbrellas, on the 2nd row floor?'
-Reliability: how has your Pacifica Hybrid been for reliability?

Ziegler is legit and they sell you Chrysler backed Mopar warranty which will be covered at any authorized Chrysler dealer. They just cut the profit margins as they are a volume dealer. Your dealer might be able to price match Ziegler too.

I wouldn’t put much thought into the 2nd row “corrosion” thing. Just use good all weather mats to protect your car from elements and you are good to go.

I haven’t put as many miles (3,000) on mine but so far it’s been a dream to drive. Just disappointed in the quality of headlights but everything else is great.
