Anyone else's van clunk and creak?
We've owned this for 15 months and for the last 3 months we've here clunking from and creaking when driving and the rear ac blower will randomly stop blowing.

I have stopped by the Chrysler dealer to scheduled an oil change and i mentioned the problems and the service tech said each concern, ie the clunking, creaking and the rear blower would need a individual diagnostic inspection which would be nearly $500, needless to say i told him I'd think about it just to do the oil service.

I have a warranty that would cover most things that are non Maintenance Requirements items, only the problem is what if they say they can't find anything wrong and i'm left paying for the diagnostics.
I wouldn't mind paying for one diagnostic fee, It seems ridiculous to charge 3 separate diagnostic fee's.

It's likely the lower control arm if it's clunking and creaking. I have a video for the creaking
. If it sounds like this for the creaking then its likely control arm. They are notorious for going bad. I had my driver side replaced for the clunking probably at 9k and then the passenger side at 30k? I forgot, but yeah I would go check that out first.

If regards to the ac blower stopping, is there any codes?

The creaking doesn't sound as bad as yours, that's why i'm hesitant to pay for the diagnostics.

I haven't checked for codes, i have a OBD reader so I'll have a look and see if there are any. Thanks.

So.. full disclosure I went through this whole thing with my 2018. They at first replaced the drive side strut tower and then after it came back they finally and only wanted to.. replace the driver side control arm even though I complained about both sides. They finally did the passenger side but wanted me to pay my deductible again. Also this took 8 visits 30+ minutes away and that was extremely frustrating.

This maybe a trivial issue compared to what other have experienced but It's making me want to just sell it.
Wanting three separate diagnostic fee's just to look at the issues and then who knows if they find anything serious enough to warrant a repair.
The other option is to just to wait for it to get worse.
