I'm not able to set memory seat 1 & 2 to include the mirror settings, radio settings and link the 2 key FOBs. The dealer blew me off telling me my trim level doesn't include the mirror sets, etc. I didn't want to get into an argument with them but I purposely ordered the package that included these features. Anyone having this issue and if so what did you do about it? Is there a TSB? I'm not real comfortable navigating this new forum layout (unlike the old one). but I'm hoping that ChryslerCares is monitoring and perhaps can get an answer for me.

Hi Alison, I did visit Phillips Chrysler jeep here in Ocala, Fl yesterday. They took it into the service area and were unable to correct the issue. They said that my " Memory Seat" option didn't include the outside rear view mirror adjustment. Which I know is not true, that package includes seats, mirrors, radio, and key FOB linking. The seats adjust but thats it. So basically they hit a wall and shrugged their shoulders, not knowing what to do next. If you open a case I would like to try a different dealer, Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep in Leesburg, Fl. maybe I'd have better luck. Thank you for your response, looking forward to hearing from you again.

The Touring L and Touring L Plus do not include the memory mirrors only the Limited includes the mirrors. I verified this by going over some equipment build lists that verify this.

Well isn't that interesting as I recently purchased a 2020 Paciica from Bill Bryant in Leesburg.
I was very clear to the salesman as to the options that I wanted before I signed the papers.
My outside mirrors do not adjust with the memory buttons as you indicated also.
When I look up my serial number at iShowroom it says my car has this option, the car salesman says it has this option and one service writer also says it has this option and he said the service manager agreed.
I have brought the car into them as requested 3 times and the last time it was there for 24 hours.
They said they would open a Uconnect session and get it sorted out.
They called and said the mirrors are not part of my option list and so sorry come and get your car.
When the evidence from Chrysler iShowroom was shown to them they said they would get in touch with the factory service representative and have him correct the problem. I was told he traveled in a five state area and they didn't know where he was. Check back with us next week.
This has been going on for two months now and each time I call to check I get a different answer.

Well its over Thanks Giving time so you should wait until next month, or the rep will be here next week, or the rep has been sick for two weeks but he is working again now but we don't know where he is.

Last call I made was have you contacted the rep yet?
Answer: We tried to email him but we have not gotten an answer yet.

Did you try to call him on the phone?
Answer: We may try that next.

What should I do now?
Answer: Try calling me back in about two weeks, I don't mind talking to you.

Does this sound like the run around to you?
Good luck CentralFla I'm still waiting.

ChryslerCares what is your response?

I got curious about this. The standard options list for the Hybrid Limited order I just put in has these:
  • LER Power folding mirrors
  • LEQ Driver seat memory
  • LEM Exterior mirrors with memory
So the memory mirror is at least a separate option code from the seat memory. From just browsing the equipment list of the gas one, Touring L+ has memory seat but only Limited has memory mirror. Is there an option to add memory to the lower trims? I don't see it on the build site.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for your reply, and it's nice to know that since you have the same issue as me and the same year vehicle, that perhaps if the adjustable mirrors, radio settings, and the key FOB linking are a part of the Touring-L package, that this may be a soft ware issue that would involve the FCA engineers. I have reached out to ChryslerCares and they've assigned me a case number, and told me a ChryslerCare rep will be contacting me in regards to my concern. Hopefully this week. Some have said that this feature only includes the seat, and to get the memory mirrors, radio stations and key FOB linking you have to get the "Limited" model. Vehicles that I've had in the past (non Chrysler) with memory seating have INCLUDED the mirror adjustment as well. I will keep you apprised of my situation.

John I have the Touring L Plus version and the seats, the radio, and the key fob does work on my car just not the mirrors.
Maybe ChryslerCare will contact me.
Please let me know how you turn out and I will do the same.

Hi Ray,

Recently there was a Technical Service Bulletin (NUMBER: 08-004-20 GROUP: 08 - Electrical DATE:January 9, 2020) that appears to address concerns similar to the symptoms that you are having with your vehicle. To ensure this TSB applies, we would like to get you back into the dealer to have a qualified technician review the details of the TSB and specifics of your vehicle. Once reviewed, the technician can then perform the repair procedure that best matches the symptoms and diagnosis of your vehicle.

Where can I read about the TSB ?
I would be very happy to return to the dealer and have him repair the issue.
Just how do I approach him should I tell him about the TSB?
Will you be contacting the dealer for me?
What should I do next?

Don't know how helpful this is, but watching this video about setting up memory settings, says that memory mirrors are only on Limited. And the video is specifically for 2020, not 2019 when any memory function was ONLY on Limited

I was getting a little frustrated with my dealer, Bill Bryan Chrysler, but my issue was finally brought to the attention of the right people who were working in the background unbeknownst to me to help resolve it.

My dealer, Bill Bryan Chrysler in Leesburg Florida, was very instrumental in getting my issue resolved to my satisfaction. They were unaware that the memory mirrors were not part of my package even though they had evidence that it was. They contacted Chrysler and Chrysler agreed to financially help to resolve the issue.

Did I get a GREAT deal? probably not
Did I get a good deal? I think so

I received a 2020 Pacifica Limited with a sticker of over $8000 more than my Touring had. (this is by comparing the two window stickers)
I gave them back my Touring, which now is a used car with 3000 miles, that I had driven for almost 3 months and paid $4000 to boot.

I am happy
Thank you again to Bill Bryan Chrysler and all the good people that work there.
