Hello all. Recently purchased a 2020 Touring L Plus 35th Anniversary. Love it so far but had issues with dealer already. In regards to 2and row storage, where the stow and go seats go, are there supposed to be plastic bins there? All I currently have there is just the carpeted part that seems to be over the frame. The dealer is very persistent to tell me that the carpeted part is considered the storage, but when I talk to Chrysler they say there are plastic storage bins there but gets kinda confusing while trying to confirm that with them. So are there supposed to be removable plastic bins that go on both the drivers and passenger side 2nd row in the stow and go void? Thanks for the help

There is no removable plastic bin. The void that the seats stow into is the space you can use for storage when you do not have the seat stowed.

And welcome to the forum. If you can place your vehicle info into your forum signature, it can help get more detailed help if you need it in the future. Year, trim level, options, build date.

Welcome to the forum. The plastic bins you are referring to can be purchased as a separate accessory from Mopar online or probably a Chrysler dealer. A set of 2 bins for the Stow N Go space cost $139 from Mopar. I don't know if you can find them cheaper elsewhere. If there is an online shipping fee, check with a dealer since they might not charge for shipping. The bins will need to be removed to stow the chairs, but they probably make it easier to get the stuff out of the space more quickly.

Interesting. Our Limited didn't come with the bins, but the Build Sheet shows that they should have been there. I wonder if that's just one more thing OUR dealer chiseled us out of.

Never knew there were bins, but that they have to be removed to stow the seats would make me not want them anyway.
I have a mat from Weathertech in the 3rd row bin with a flap that protects the bumper, and it does not have to come out to stow the seats.

I would forego the bins, they just take away space. Put any small objects into a small bag. FYI, if you want to get the spare tire from Chrysler, it fits perfectly into that space. The fix a flat kit they give you is useless if its a sidewall puncture or a hole larger than a nail. Gives me piece of mind during road trips.
