2021 or later... has ANYONE gotten a map update for uconnect5?

This is seriously starting to piss me off. No one at chrysler knows anything about updated maps or how this is supposed to work. I still have 2020 maps in my 2021 vehicle and it's almost 2023.

Well, whom can we blame? I've gone round and round trying to get an answer about when and how map updates might be available. I even re-upped with SXM Guardian to see if that would facilitate a map update. but I'll drop it just as quickly if I don't get some answers. I'm calling bulls*** on just about everything FCA said about uconnect 5.

TOMTOM® TRAFFIC AND TRAVEL SERVICES
Available TomTom® Traffic and Travel Services( Disclosure1) (not available on Chrysler 300)—including Traffic, Speed Camera Alerts, Electric Vehicle services, Parking, Fuel Pricing and Weather—offer drivers reliable and timely information so they can get where they are going without any hassle. As a fully integrated system, routing and guidance will still function when internet connectivity is lost by using regularly updated backup mapping contained within the system. Smartphone-based systems cannot provide the same level of Navigation support. Available with Uconnect® 5 NAV, the TomTom Navigation system lets you access useful information right at your fingertips, and over-the-air map updates guarantee access to the freshest maps, so you’ll always know the road ahead.

Thanks for posting that. As you can see, though, the Chrysler Pacifica is not on that list. I spent lots of time on the tomtom site and even downloaded the app. USB updates are not possible in the Pac, at least not by customers.

Chrysler, tomtom, uconnect, XM guardian... ALL dead ends. No one actually knows how the system is supposed to work.

I finally, for the first time, got the slightest acknowledgement that there was an issue they are aware of. Of course, no timeline. Maps still approaching 3 years.
That's not a solution, that's a band aid. I specifically shopped for the 21 over many available and cheaper '20s for the new uconnect and ota maps. AA is great but it's not as responsive, doesn't integrate with the native system and if you're using wireless aa plus Google navigation the wireless charger will not keep up. Chrysler needs to come up with a fix and get these maps out asap.
