AffaOBD can read everything without bypassing the SGM. I haven't hear anyone attempting the bypass- probably because not that many Pacificas are out of warranty and need it.
I was just saying , that without bypassing you can only read . Can't clear codes and change any data-that is possible when using bypass.

We just bought a 2022 Pacifica Hybrid and it stalled the first day we had it, so clearly the stalling problem is not resolved in the 2022 models. We have not even driven it at high speeds yet, it happened when the battery was below 50% and we were on city streets. It stalled several times on the way to take it back to the dealer and we had to have it towed there.

The same Service Charging system error we were all getting?

I think mine was a little different. My display went immediately to "Shift to P to start," (which, when I did it, did not make the car start). The check engine light came on as well. It has been at the dealer for two days. They said they had some codes to follow up on, but no other news yet.

I wish you luck. Hopefully it is not a PIM replacement. I am going on 70 days without my 2021 hybrid, and it sounds like I'm still another 2 weeks to a month away from getting it back.
I am 177 days in. Our van is finally being delivered to our house today but we got a Lemon Lawyer and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) agreed to buying our lease and paying all our money back for the van (down payment, monthly payments and all fees). Never driven the van once and we paid for it. I suggest a Lemon Lawyer if you go that direction

We purchased a 2021 Certified Pre-Owned Pacifica Hybrid in December of 2021.
Once the weather turned hot, the vehicle began shutting down when driven ~2 hours on the highway.
Twice now, our family, with children in our vehicle, has had the van completely turn off while we were driving in the left lane on a busy interstate. We had to maneuver to the shoulder with an unresponsive vehicle, across multiple lanes of Atlanta highway traffic--kids sobbing in the back as we nearly missed an 18-wheeler--and found ourselves stranded roadside.
Over the last 2 months, we have taken the van to 2 dealerships on 4 different occasions and have been told they "cannot" replicate the issue for the sole reason that they don't have time to send anyone on a 2-hour drive. That's the reason they're giving us.
Now they are trying to send us home with our vehicle yet again, telling us WE should drive it until it replicates the issue and then bring it straight to them.
THE ISSUE IS TOTAL ENGINE FAILURE WHEN DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY. If we replicate that, we are once again putting ourselves in danger. And also, HOW in the name of Fraggle Rock are we supposed to replicate the car shutting off and THEN bring it to them???
We're also being told they will not cover any more time with our rental vehicle. Two weeks is the limit (although it has been in the shop much more than that over the last 2 months, most of it without a rental), a time during which they have NEVER once done the one thing we have been telling them for the past 2 months needs to happen--that 2 hour highway drive.
We have spoken with managers, supervisors, and everyone in between, both at the dealership and with Chrysler customer care and have been repeatedly told they cannot replicate the fault-- when the truth is they WON'T--and without a fault code, they will not do a single thing to attempt to repair it.
The idea that Chrysler would ask us to continue to put ourselves and our children at risk by driving this faulty vehicle is mind-blowing and infuriating.

All too familiar... The previous owner probably had the same issue and gave up and sold it. Maybe you should go that route or look into lemon law.
It may be easier to accept your losses and sell it...

So I had the dreaded '21 hybrid van that likes to die while driving. Took it to the dealer and he's ordering me a tranny. Video below is the exact same thing that happen to me. Never more than once a day but consecutive days. Also what was funny my driving history on the infortament screen would never show up properly. Where it tells you the graph miles on battery and engine.

This happened to me recently as well on my 2021 PacHy - extremely frustrating as I stalled on the highway 4 times on a trip from Milwaukee to Chicago and back again! Grateful that, each time, I was able to maneuver over to the right shoulder (without power!) and restart it after a minute or so.

I filed an NHTSA report (11494849 ). Chrysler needs to do something. Dealers cannot fix this issue. IMHO this needs to be a safety recall.

There is indeed a recall that was issued either today or yesterday. Seems like a software update but the issue is faulty wiring... you be the judge on how a software fix addresses physically faulty wiring.
