USB port marked 'rear' is the only one that will play videos to the entertainment centre. Had similar issues with my 2022 hybrid Ltd not playing videos and found that it worked perfectly if I ran videos through the software 'Handbrake' which is available for free online. I believe most of us had to convert it to 720p? There are a lot of posts on this site that deal with this problem. That being said, it could also be a wiring harness problem at the usb port. Hope you get it to work. All else fails a trip to the service department is in order.
