Hi, I have a 2022 Pacifica Limited Sport with the 20" stock rims with Pirelli 245/50/20 tires. Just wondering what has everyone else done for winter tire options? Size and Brand? Can you go down to a 17" or 18" wheel and still be fine, or will your odometer be out of sync? Did you install with TPM sensors? What does Chrysler recommend?
Thanks for any help.

As long as you choose a tire for those smaller wheels that has a circumference the same or close to your original tires, there will be no difference in your speedometer/odometer. There are online tire size calculators to do the math for you.

I found a local set of 17s for my 2018 non-AWD that had tpms already mounted for like $300. Then I bought some Pirelli Scorpions from tirerack and had them mounted. $900 for the wheels, tires and tpms when said and done. Not sure if the 2022s have larger brakes but find some used wheels with junk tires (smallest wheel you can fit) and get some tires

What's great about Chrysler vehicles is that the tpms relearns just by driving. I have to program my other car when I swap out every winter

For my 2018 nonAWD Limited I bought 4 mounted 235/60R18 CONTINENTAL VIKINGCONTACT 7 on 18 inch aluminum wheels $1600 mounted and balanced a year ago from tire rack - excellent - I mount them annually for my time 70km north of Montreal in subzero icy conditions - they were awesome last year - will be mounting them again this year.

I have Nokias G-4 All Weather tires on mine, and they are excellent in the snow.

Please note that “All Weather” is not the same as “All Season” tires.

All Weather tires carry the snowflake emblem on the side that indicates that it qualifies as a winter tire. These tires are wear rated for 50,000 miles and I save $200.00 per season by not having to switch tires (twice) each year. The ride and handling resemble the factory original tires that came with my 2019 Touring L.

This is the tire marking you are going to want to see:

Michelin and others offer All Weather tires too. I have had good experience with the Nokian dedicated winter tires, so I went with their All Weather tires. The Michelins are supposed to be very good too.

There are plenty of reviews online. Do your reading:

Don’t let a salesman convince you that all season tires are “just as good” as all weather tires. They are not. They are not even close to being “just as good”.
