If that is the case then why have color options at all. Just make all models black on black. That would save a lot of money.

This is the norm for the auto industry , body color aside they eliminate costly option content with less combinations and choices . Money saved on content is money saved on entire business case for volume.

Sadly just a sign of the times. Pay more, expect less. Probably cheaper to buy all black then to manage and paint them different colors... Agree it looks horrible with white, others might not be so bad.

We took delivery of our 2023 Pinnacle Hybrid over the weekend. It replaces a '21 that was totaled. The loss of the tri-pane sunroof is a bummer, but I have a strange thing to ask about. Our mirrors and the shark fin antenna are black while our van is white. The specs indicate that the mirrors should be body color/chrome and the antenna should be body color. I've asked the dealership to look into this, but I'm curious if anyone else has taken delivery and seen the same thing.

My 21 pinnacle has matching blue mirror base with platinum trim.
