My wife while driving got a P1621 code, it appears to be manufacturer specific and varies. Per the dealer this is a O2 sensor voltage issue could be bad sensor and/or wiring. Will report back unfortunately per the dealer they have a +3 day back log, uhg. I do have a loaner though. Will update. This being said anyone else able to confirm if this is common or once in a blue moon issue.

Update: After about 4 days the problem appears to be resolved. Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT Of Ontario did do a job once I found the right person to talk to - Al. Initial mechanic - Jose reset the code then decided it was fixed. I got the the dealer driveway before the CEL lit up. I then worked with Al who with his team throuroughly researched the problem:

P1621 = O2 sensor voltage below threshold likely resulting from a poor circuit ground.

After putting about 30 miles on the car it was returned without issue. The good news is the caravan loaner which I received confirmed my choice in the Pacifica.
