Thank you for reaching out to us, we recommended following what's stated in the owner's manual. Any other service performed are optional.

I always follow the owners manual. My question is more focused on the dealer. It is not OK for them to be taking advantage of customers by saying that "Chrysler recommends these services at 30k miles". I want to make sure they are not using "Chrysler recommends" as a tactic to sell more services. It's a dirty, unethical approach. I know better, but many people don't.
