I noticed that the two sections of my third row seat have different recline angles. I have not been able to adjust the recline so the two seat backs line up. One is always more or less reclined than the other.
I've found that if I move them both together, they move at difference speeds so get out of alignment. But as Mech33 said, you can move them each individually to line them up again.
Which controls are you referring to? I have a L-Plus so the recline is manual. I'm using the pull strap on the sides.
I can adjust the recline on each section but the stopping angles don't line up.

I recently rented a Touring-L and saw that the third row seat backs align properly. I'll need to get the dealer to look at this when I bring it in for service.

I have a 2017 gas-model Chrysler Pacifica. The second row seats are the easy tilt model. They have a pull handle on the back of the shoulder area that is supposed to allow the seat to release and tilt forward for easy access to the back seat. On the passenger side, the pull handle is completely...
Has anyone changed or had the cabin air filter changed and know where it is located? The dealer told me it would be $70 to replace which seems a little ridiculous.
Our 2017 Pacifica with 34,000 miles on it is at the dealer right now. The stow-n-go pull ring broke a month ago while trying to open. I wasn't using excessive force when it broke or trying to pry on it. Why am I being charged $250.00. Is this a "wear" item? Someone help shed some light on...
